STAGES OF INTERIOR DESIGN

INVESTOR’S NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS:
First of all we meet with a client in order to establish their likes and expectations. It is best to schedule  the first meeting  in the place to be designed so as to have a notion of its look. We are interested  in  the client’s expectations and in which surroundings they feel the best.
Following a site investigation and after defining the framework of the design we are able to estimate the costs of the design preparation. Once a cost estimate has been approved, we sign an agreement on design execution.

THE CONCEPTION:
Next we take an inventory of the existing interior or we familiarize ourselves with the existing design documentation of the interior. Once we know all the measurements and conditions we start working on the preliminary plans. We draw up, 2-3 arrangements and present them to the  client. The conceptual plan comprises locations of partition walls, furniture and equipment arrangement as well as suggestions as to style of the interior. We discuss all the options with the client and together choose the best one.

THE DESIGN:
Once the conceptual plan has been approved, we proceed with further work. We start from an initial visualization of the interior and taking into account all customer suggestions we create a project with the selection of colors and materials. Thanks to such visualizations the  client gets an idea of what the interior will look like. We have a comprehensive approach to each project, we pay attention to all the equipment, lighting and other elements that make up the atmosphere of a place.

THE COST ESTIMATE AND LISTS OF MATERIALS:
After the approval of the final version of the design we proceed to prepare workshop  drawings enabling the execution of the project. At this stage we give a list of equipment and materials. This allows us to estimate the costs of decor elements and labour. We cooperate with reliable suppliers from various industries who we can recommend for the finishing work.

DESIGNER’S SUPERVISION:
We also offer supervision of the project, advice on the purchase of materials and equipment and   coordination of purchasing and orders. We will regularly monitor the progress of construction work so as to make sure the vision is reflected in reality and we will make every effort to create the best final effect.
